We're seeking a leader to create automation of our HR and recruiting processes. Things are running well currently, but we grew 3X in the last year! Before we grow further we are filling this role to assist with expansions.
This lead role will be responsible for assisting our recruiting team with the onboarding processes. Core responsibilities also include: employee record-keeping, compliance and rolling out processes to our independent contractors.
Work along side our administrative and recruiting teams to support their processes. You will be the face of Carepool, making sure new members of our team are trained an onboarded correctly.

Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
